Summary

WE ARE GROWING! As a result, we created a new opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will work as part of a high performing team to deliver engineered solutions to our global customer base.


As Program Manager, you will be tasked with managing all the engineering aspects of all projects relating to a key global customer. Working as part of a high performing engineering team, you will ensure on-time and on-budget results for large scale industrial food processing equipment projects. This includes engineering, manufacturing, and installation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for large industrial projects, focusing on industrial food processing systems.
  • Align stakeholder needs with project objectives, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline.
  • Overcome international challenges related to manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize mechanical design and installation processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.
  • Implement strategic frameworks to enhance project efficiency and reliability.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 15 – 20 years of industrial experience, preferably in the FMCG/Food Processing/Diary industries.
  • Proven track record managing high-profile contracts exceeding $20M.
  • Expertise in industrial food processing systems and associated processes.
  • Experience working in a PMO on Industrial Projects will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration across functions.
  • Ability to navigate international business environments.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
