The Help Center team is focused on empowering people to successfully use Meta products by providing effective and accessible help that resolves issues. We manage help center and scaled support content for the billions of people who use Meta's family of apps, business tools and hardware products.
Our mission is to build the most reliable and innovative help ecosystem in the world, where people can easily self-resolve any issues they have when using Meta products.
Meta is looking for a program manager to join the Help Center team and build and manage scaled programs that enable content operations. They'll be expected to work with a global cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment to develop metrics and implement solutions to achieve operational efficiency and improve support experiences.4+ years of experience working in an Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Consulting, Project Management or equivalent team. 3+ years of program management experience driving end-to-end initiatives independently. Experience working in, communicating with, and leading global cross-functional project teams. Experience navigating ambiguity and achieving outcomes in fast-paced environments. Experience measuring impact against operational metrics. Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in online operations and/or content management at a technology company. Experience working with engineering teams.
