Overview Amyx is seeking to hire a Program Manager to support the Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA). The Program Manager will be the single point of contact for the GTL and COR. The Program Manger will support the creation, execution, and improvement of standard business processes for ECMA. This positions will support the development of the ECMA Roadmap, Concept of Operations (CONOPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), process mapping, policies, memorandums, and administration as necessary and appropriate for operation of the ECMA. They will also support the Government Functionals by performing functional and technical cloud requirements analysis, decomposition and development and Perform technical and non-technical feasibility estimates and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) for cloud requirements. The PM shall be able to analyze and evaluate business operations, processes, and systems and identify areas for improvement using data analysis techniques to provide recommendations for efficiencies and cost savings/avoidance and Identify issues, gather information, and provide recommendations and draft documentation to achieve overall goals for organizational strategic planning. They shall provide program support for reviews, conferences, briefings and other meetings, identify and analyze metrics in order to track performance of programs, projects, and products.
