Job Title: Program Manager - Foreign Military Sales Location: Huntsville, AL Position Type: Full-Time Clearance Level: Secret Position Description: The selected candidate will provide program management support (PMO) to an Army Program Office responsible for the management of Foreign Military Sales programs. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * Directly responsible for providing International Program Support to the program manager. * Responds to Letters of Request (LORs) to provide Requests for Information (RFI), P&A, and Letters of Acceptance (LOA) data. * Develops statements of work (SOW) and Contract Requirements Packages (CRPs). * Tracks program/project status and schedules; applies policies and procedures for financial planning. * Performs program management, technical, and business case analyses. * Analyzes program requirements, status, budget and schedules. * Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, boards. * Draft presentations in various formats to present results of analysis. Required Qualifications: * A bachelor's degree in business administration / management field, or certification as an administrative professional is desired. * Active Secret security clearance. * Candidates with at least 15 years of applicable FMS program management experience in a product office. * Knowledge of FMS systems to include DSAMS and GFEBS. * Experience drafting SOWs and CRPs * High understanding of MS Office product line to include familiarity with Microsoft Project. * Knowledge of US Army acquisition processes. * The successful candidate will be highly organized, flexible and must demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to meet suspenses. * Candidate must be able to work with minimum guidance in addressing actions, and then use their own knowledge, ingenuity, innovation and experience to complete the product. * Candidate must be able to travel periodically with trips that may be up to a week in length. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, people skills and enthusiasm are important, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment.
