• 📈 Performance Watchdog: Track progress using KPIs, OKRs, or the metrics of your choice — always keeping a sharp eye on delivery and impact.

💡 What You Bring

• ✅ 4+ years of program/project management experience in a fast-paced environment
• ✅ Fluent in English (written & spoken); German or French a bonus
• ✅ Based in Switzerland (remote-first role)
• ✅ Skilled in tools like Jira, Asana, Notion, or Monday.com
• ✅ A calm, confident communicator who can handle moving parts without losing your cool 🧊
