📌 Position: Program Manager (Remote – Based in Switzerland)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Manager to support the coordination and delivery of cross-functional initiatives. This is a remote position, open to candidates based in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and execution of multiple related projects within a program.
• Coordinate between teams to ensure alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Track program performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure smooth communication between departments.
• Support continuous process improvement and program documentation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
• Fluent in English; other languages (German, French) are a plus.
• Must be based in Switzerland and legally eligible to work.
