Role -

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the implementation of our AI agents and treasury solutions for enterprise clients. This role begins once a sale is closed, focusing on end-to-end solution delivery, client onboarding, and adoption. You'll coordinate across internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth rollouts, track milestones, and drive accountability.

You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients post-sale, owning everything from planning to go-live and scale-up.

Location: Bangalore (in-office)

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product delivery for large enterprise accounts – from requirements gathering, solutioning, and documentation (BRD/PRD), to development coordination, UAT, user training, go-live, and scale.
  • Serve as the lead interface for client stakeholders, managing expectations, communications, escalations, and ongoing updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, sales) to ensure timely delivery and smooth handoffs.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, trackers, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively identify and resolve issues or delays.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation across all project stages.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and status updates with clients and internal leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project execution processes and increase operational efficiency.

Must-Haves

Key Requirements :

  • MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 institutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise solution delivery, technology implementation, or client-facing program management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a B2B environment.
  • Expertise in project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — both internally and client-facing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple concurrent implementations.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with finance, treasury, or ERP/TMS systems.
  • Background in IT services, enterprise SaaS, or consulting environments.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a strong bias for structured execution.
