The Opportunity:

• Lead a team of ABAP, Integration, Security, and BASIS consultants.
• Oversee all aspects of SAP project delivery, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into innovative technical solutions.
• Leverage your expertise in ABAP, FIORI, BTP, and integration platforms to design and develop effective solutions.
• Conduct rigorous technical reviews and maintain exceptional code quality standards.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and project documentation.
• Stay at the forefront of SAP technology advancements, including FIORI, BTP, Joule, and AI.

Qualifications :

• 11-15 years of experience in SAP technology.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and coaching SAP technical teams.
• In-depth knowledge of ABAP, FIORI, BTP, and integration platforms.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Experience in the Chemical Manufacturing/Process industry.
• Experience managing relationships with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Leading a successful S/4HANA implementation.
