Glimpse into a "day as a Program Manager" for Bridges to Success: Manages own caseload of clients and works one-on-one providing a variety of services Provides supervision and oversight for the caseloads of the staff they supervise Ensures compliance with licensing requirements Coordinates staff training/meetings Participates in leadership meetings Assists with developing and providing services that improve independent living Analyze and provide monthly reports Schedules Available: Full-time day shift.
