With deep roots in the diverse communities of Melbourne and Adelaide, we proudly support clients from all backgrounds—including both multicultural and local participants. We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead our Home Care Packages (HCP) program and guide the transition to the new Support at Home model.

What you’ll do:

✅ Lead and manage HCP services and the upcoming reform

✅ Support and inspire a passionate team

✅ Ensure quality, compliance, and culturally appropriate care

✅ Build strong relationships with clients, families, and the community

✅ Drive innovation and service improvement

You’ll bring:

✔️ Experience managing aged care or community-based programs

✔️ Understanding of Support at Home reforms

✔️ Leadership and team development skills

✔️ Passion for working with CALD communities

✔️ Fluency in one Asian language (highly regarded)

✔️ Qualifications in social work, nursing, allied health or community services
