PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to support an opportunity for our customer located in Patuxent River, MD.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Specific tasks include the following support:
* Responsible for contract cost, schedule, and performance management.
* Acts as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort.
* Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
* Oversees PSI Pax Team execution of the contract requirements.
* Manages acquisition project material.
* Develops and executes contract staffing plan.
* Monitors and ensures compliance with all applicable Federal and Department of Defense acquisition regulations.
* Provides subject matter expertise on DoD security policy and regulations.
* Prepare documentation required for customer.
* Manages team responsible for processing personnel access requests, visit requests, facility access control, implementation of facility standard operating procedures, completing various security briefs (indoctrinations, debriefs, annual refresher), managing and conducting inventories, completing documentation required for facility accreditation, classified information reviews, media control procedures, and other duties as they arise in support of the customer's security posture.
Qualifications:
* Top Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A FINAL Top Secret adjudicated clearance is required to start.
* A minimum of at least ten (10) years of relevant experience in the areas stated in the functional description.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.
* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.
Education Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business-related discipline.
* Education Allowable Substitution: 1. Associate degree plus two years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree; or 2. four years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
