The Mastery Team develops and delivers product & skills training to Google sales & services teams, as well as external client & agency partners. We use our knowledge of learning best practices and Google’s business priorities to build effective learning experiences for our key audiences. Our team is made up of passionate learning professionals, sales and marketing leaders, and former consultants and analysts who launch and iterate learning programs while balancing key pillars of knowledge, skill and disciplined practice to help our audiences thrive in a world of increasing complexity.
Position Responsibilities
As a GOC Project Coordinator, you will own the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of key projects. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure successful outcomes while adhering to timelines and budgets. You will also play a critical role in evaluating new program requests and ensuring they are set up for success.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned projects and coordinate with various team members to keep workflow on track.
- Organize and maintain project documentation in internal and external tools for seamless access and reference
- Preparing project proposals, charters, meeting minutes, emails and project communications including newsletters and project status reviews
- Interface with multiple stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and to quality standards.
- Communicate project status, progress and escalating issues to stakeholders.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion
- Drive projects to closure with quality execution and timely delivery
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in coordinating projects across multiple organizations/global functional teams
- Experience working with complex stakeholders on project plan creation, project tracking and coordination, analysis and communications.
- Experience with continuous improvement frameworks, such as Lean Six Sigma
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment where change is a constant
Preferred Qualifications
Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable:
- Team-oriented work style with proven expertise in problem-solving and innovation.
- Versed in industry standards in relation to learning management and training experience.
- Operational experience, process improvement and automation soft skills.
- Smartsheets, Asana, etc. experience.
- Learning management system knowledge
