Summary

The HR Program Manager leads complex HR projects and drives process improvement initiatives that support global business objectives. These projects range from implementing new global and regional HR technologies to redefining HR processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate has strong project management, change management, and process improvement experience, with HR expertise as a plus.

In this role, you will manage cross-functional, global initiatives from inception to completion—defining scope, gathering requirements, creating detailed project plans, and ensuring successful execution. Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills are critical to driving alignment and achieving project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR projects by defining scope, schedule, requirements, risks, and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful execution.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies with stakeholder input, ensuring clear communication and successful adoption.
  • Drive project timelines and risk management, ensuring milestones are met and proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
  • Monitor project performance by conducting post-project reviews, integrating lessons learned, and continuously improving processes.
  • Engage and update stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring alignment.
  • Collaborate across global teams and adjust work schedules as needed to accommodate different time zones.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency, delivering user-friendly and innovative solutions.
  • Manage project resources (internal teams or third-party vendors) and ensure teams remain engaged, informed, and motivated.
  • Consider cultural and regional differences that may impact project execution and tailor approaches accordingly.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional and global initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable navigating complex environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to work across both Philippine and U.S. time zones as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or HR consulting.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Experience working in multinational or global organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
