Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the Program Director in the Carlson Recovery Center program at Behavioral Health Network!
Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Carlson Recovery Center program with the following:
* Developing, organizing, and directing program services to meet its mission and goals, as well as compliance requirements of accrediting & government regulatory bodies.
* Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards to support the program's clinical and medical programming.
* Assisting in defining philosophies to shape treatment models of care.
* Monitoring coordination of services for individuals, including managing caseloads and reviewing treatment plan record keeping, quality assurance, and program utilization.
* Overseeing fiscal and operational management of the program, including monitoring financial records, preparing budgets, and seeking additional funding opportunities.
* Leading program staff by providing regular supervision & performance reviews as well as completing performance appraisals and disciplinary actions, as needed.
* Managing hiring, orientation, and training needs of the program.
* Ensuring the accuracy of clinical documentation and staff timesheets.
* Overseeing the application, submission, and auditing process for program licensures, permits, & inspections.
* Representing BHN & maintaining communication as a liaison to external entities, including regulatory referral sources and payers.
* Participating in marketing and advocacy efforts to promote addiction treatment services and creating positive relationships with other community agencies.
Who are we?
The Carlson Recovery Center serves those 18 years of age and older who are suffering from drug and alcohol addiction within the first 5-7 days of their recovery. The 32-bed program is also open to those who are under a court order to seek treatment. A 24-hour multidisciplinary team, including a Medical Director, a board-certified Family Physician, and an Addiction Medicine Physician, provides acute treatment and detoxification services.

What are we looking for in the Program Director?
* Commitment to client empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration (required).
* Master's Degree in clinical field (required).
* Clinical license (LADC I, LICSW, LMHC) (preferred).
* At least five years of experience in human services (required).
* At least two years of supervisory experience (required).
* Experience managing substance use services which generate third party revenue (preferred).
* Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Abuse regulations (required).
* Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
