GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Program Director supervises assigned Residential Supervisors and provides overall management of assigned sites, provides crisis intervention and emergency services as needed, and supports Program Directors to ensure that quality residential services are provided by ensuring regulations, required documentation, and safeguards are competed and in place.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
* Monitors information flow and processing in HCSIS, including Incident Management, ISP process, MORs.
* Manages workflow and program adherence to Carelogic, reviews daily notes for completion and accurate information, ensures ISP Treatment plans are current, ensures EFS, ensures current medication lists, ensures legal sheets are current, reviews uploaded documentation and updated protocols/safeguards.
* Provides training, orientation, and ongoing support to new Residential Supervisors.
* Reviews In House financials and IMPs monthly before submission to Fiscal department.
* Conducts regular site visits to ensure quality of environment, checks vehicle safety, and ensures vehicle and site maintenance is completed on schedule.
* Completes quarterly MAP label style audits for assigned sites and ensures Residential Supervisors complete weekly MAP checklists.
* Reviews monthly MARS before they are finalized by the Residential Supervisor and at conclusion of the month.
* Participates with Residential Supervisor in RN MAP audits for assigned sites and ensures completion of all needed corrections or enhancements within identified timelines.
* Completes all Charges for Care and Earned Income Charges for Care billing monthly and updates and supplies annual CFC letters to families, guardians, and individuals served.
* Reviews updated Money Management Plans and Money Management Assessments monthly and submits to Director of Residential Services. The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to do this job.
* Develops a high level of understanding of Kronos, including timecard management, status changes, etc. in order to assist with timely processing of timecards and other Kronos transactions.
* Communicates regularly with families, guardians, DDS, and other providers in order to provide excellent client care.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Attends all required meetings including Monthly Clinical meeting, Contract Meeting, weekly area-based Staff Meetings, Monthly All Supervisor Staff Meetings, Human Rights Committee meeting as scheduled, and Residential Operations Meeting as invited.
* Participates in Health Care /Clinical Care Management review and ensures all identified follow up is completed.
* May be required to work shifts at sites if need arises.
* Perform On Call duties on the Program Director rotation.
* Performs other tasks as requested by Director of Residential Services.
PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
* High School diploma or GED AND 5 years in DS Residential Supports required. Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred.

* Must successfully complete and maintain all DS required trainings, (First Aid, CPR, MAP, Human Rights, Compliance, Positive Behavior Supports, Carelogic, CPI, Human Rights Advocate, BHN Fire Safety basics, Incident Report Management, Infection Control, How to Do a medical Appointment, DDS Signs and Symptoms, Vital Signs, Timely and Appropriate Medical care, Safe Driver) within 6 months.
* Must have valid Driver's License and reliable working vehicle for all working hours. Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills.
