The Opportunity
At Westport, we are seeking a skilled Program Delivery Manager, Quality Management to join the Infrastructure Program team. In this role, you will help Westport grow and be responsible for the design and delivery of Westport work packages managed by technical project delivery staff, substantial consultancies, and through organising the collective capability of the public sector to enable and guide works programs.
You will join a dynamic and future focused team, that are committed and united in developing a freight transport system that builds a prosperous and connected Western Australia.
About you
As a Program Delivery Manager, you bring expertise, leadership, and strategic direction to the Westport project, ensuring quality assurance and quality management across all key components. You play a pivotal role in the program of quality assurance in Westport while actively negotiating and collaborating with senior representatives from industry, local authorities, and government departments to drive project success.
With a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, you lead and contribute to cross-functional teams, fostering positive relationships with senior technical staff across government, industry, and the community. Your methodical approach to Quality management ensures the effective development and implementation of project plans, covering scope, cost, scheduling, assurance and risk management strategies.
You are adept at managing company-government development agreements, overseeing contractors and consultants, and ensuring efficient project execution. Your ability to assess risks and opportunities strategically supports business needs and long-term project alignment, driving outcomes-focused solutions for Westport.

Our Offer
There is One (1) full time, fixed term appointment contract up to 30 June 2028 with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency available for immediate start.
The successful applicant or applicants assessed as suitable through this process may receive further offers of employment (fixed term or permanent) in this or similar roles for a period of twelve (12) months from date of first appointment.
