The McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship is hiring motivated, self-starter for Program Coordinator role. This is an exciting opportunity that will provide the successful candidate a great opportunity to work in a top-ranked entrepreneurship program. The Program Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of academic programs, curriculum based events, and course scheduling for the McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship. This position collaborates closely with leadership, faculty, staff, students, and partners across the University of Arizona to ensure the smooth operation of programs and the successful delivery of educational and experiential learning experiences for Entrepreneurship students. This is an in-person position.

Curriculum based activities:
* Collaborate closely with the students providing opportunities for involvement that helps students to thrive socially and academically through deeper engagement in the curriculum based activities and events.
* Lead efforts to plan and develop engaging promotional materials (both printed and digital) in collaboration with marketing teams at Eller and the University of Arizona to promote activities, workshops and campaigns that offer hands-on opportunities to enhance students' experiential learning.
* Assist with execution of the events and workshops such as sending invites, booking venues, scheduling, arranging food, setting up decorations and equipment, hiring entertainment, getting permits, managing transportation, hiring photographers, organizing staff, helping guests with travel or accommodation needs to ensure the successful execution of events that provide students with real-world learning experiences and foster entrepreneurial skills.
* Gather and review post-activities feedback to assess student satisfaction and engagement, and generate innovative ideas to continuously improve student satisfaction rates.
* Handle event-related payments (like using a purchase card or submitting payment requests), making sure everything follows university rules and stays within the approved budget.
Course Scheduling:
* Work with McGuire Leadership and the Eller Undergraduate Programs office to review and update the class schedule each semester, making sure all course information is current and correct during the scheduling period.
Academic Management:
Support McGuire leadership with managing academic programs by:
* Using university systems to help with student enrollment and registration.
* Assisting the New Venture Development (NVD) Faculty Lead with recruiting, onboarding, and organizing the year-long NVD Program, including support for current students.
* Leading efforts to recruit students for academic and hands-on learning programs.
* Reviewing student applications and making admission decisions based on Graduate College guidelines.
* Organizing faculty, staff, and student interviews, including scheduling and logistics.
* Working with partners across the University of Arizona ecosystem.
* Collaborating with other university departments.
Other duties as assigned.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, service-oriented office environment.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
