🧩 About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Product UI Engineer who can own both UI/UX design and frontend development responsibilities across multiple products. This is a critical hybrid role where you’ll design elegant, intuitive experiences and implement them using modern frontend frameworks.

You’ll work closely with the Solution Architect and Full Stack Developer to build our live training platform and AI-based tools — all designed to work across multiple device types and screen sizes.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
🎨 UI/UX Design (50%)

• Design intuitive user experiences for web platforms, tools, and POCs
• Build scalable design systems and component libraries
• Create user flows, wireframes, and responsive UI layouts using Figma or Adobe XD
• Deliver production-ready designs that support multi-device compatibility
• Participate in UX reviews and refine based on feedback and behavioral insights
  

💻 Frontend Development (50%)

• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive React.js / Next.js components
• Develop modular, maintainable, and reusable frontend code
• Integrate REST APIs and dynamic content into user interfaces
• Ensure consistency, performance, and accessibility across all screens
• Collaborate with backend developers for data handling and workflow integration

🔁 What You’ll Work On

• Live Training Platform: user dashboard, admin panel, onboarding, payment, content flow
• AI-Driven Tools & Assistants: chat UIs, document viewers, embedding workflows
• Internal Admin Utilities: content & user management, reporting screens
• Client Demos / POCs: visually clean, interactive AI-integrated showcases
  

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years in a combined UI/UX design and frontend development role
• Proficiency in:
• React.js / Next.js
• HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
• UI/UX tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, Illustrator
• Strong grasp of:
• Responsive, mobile-friendly design for multi-device compatibility
• Design-to-code implementation with pixel precision
• REST API integration and frontend performance tuning
• Experience in:
• Building and maintaining component libraries
• Accessibility, layout optimization, and clean UI behavior
  

⭐ Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• TypeScript, Redux, or Context API
• Framer Motion, Lottie, or animation libraries
• Prior experience in SaaS, learning platforms, or dashboards
• Interest in AI UI design (LLM tools, chatbots, document Q&A interfaces)
