Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual and automated testing for WordPress-based websites and applications.
• Ensure the frontend and backend function seamlessly across different devices and browsers.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to maintain high-quality standards.
• Perform regression testing, functional testing, usability testing, and security checks before deployment.
• Ensure SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization compliance.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
  
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, plugins, and custom development.
• Experience in testing PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS-based WordPress functionalities.
• Familiarity with QA tools like bugherd, JIRA, BrowserStack, and Lighthouse.
• Expertise in cross-browser, responsive, and mobile testing.
• Ability to document test cases, create reports, and suggest improvements.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders..
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello).
• Knowledge of SEO, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience in an agency environment or managing multiple client websites simultaneously.
