Summary

工作职责:

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement the CPQ product model;
  • Analyze and document business requirements to ensure alignment with sales processes and

customer needs;

  • Develop and maintain product configurations, pricing rules, and quote generation workflows.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on the CPQ system and processes;
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the CPQ implementation, making adjustments as

necessary;

  • Utilize logical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges during the implementation

process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the elevator industry or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tool
  • Basic programming or modeling skills, with experience in CPQ software preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and logical reasoning to support decision-making processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects
