About the Role:

VF Corporation is seeking an exceptional SAP Delivery Lead to join our SAP ERP team in Shanghai, China. This role is pivotal to our SAP S/4 Transformation program in the APAC region, which aims to enhance flexibility, improve customer services, and reduce complexity by implementing industry best practices and adopting the SAP clean core strategy

• Execute SAP S4 Transformation Programs: Drive and manage the delivery of SAP S4 program in APAC region
• Partner with Key Stakeholders: Collaborate with business, integrator, and IT teams to design and implement ERP projects within mutually agreed budgetary guidelines.
• Ensure System Integrity: Oversee the integrity, availability, and security of the ERP application solution, ensuring systems meet established IT goals.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Own vendor relationships, contract negotiations, SOW review, and execution for multi-million dollar global contracts.
• Program Planning and Execution: Develop effective plans and budgets for cross-functional implementation success, drive initial requirements gathering, and create execution plans.
• Build and Lead Teams: Form and lead program resources, ensuring the availability of Subject Matter Experts required for execution.
• Establish Success Criteria: Define strategic benefits, cost efficiency, and increased sales/margin, and ensure program outcomes align with these criteria.
• Governance and Communication: Manage program governance processes, actively engage stakeholders, and ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.

Skills for Success

• Professional Experience: 15+ years of related experience; PMP certification is a plus.
• Leadership and Organizational Skills: Strong planning, organizational, and leadership abilities, including team mobilization and conflict resolution.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Proven ability to work effectively across all organizational levels, build integrated teams, and lead presentations.
• Innovative Thinking: Ability to promote innovative ideas and lead change.
• Project Management Expertise: In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and risk management.
• Financial and Change Management: Strong financial management and organizational change management skills, with an effective consultative approach.
• ERP/SAP Transformation Experience: Proven experience in leading large global ERP/SAP transformation programs and functional areas such as FI, OTC, PTP, or PP.

Educational/Position Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in technology, project management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Industry Experience: Experience in the global wholesale apparel or retail industry is preferred.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Deep knowledge of ERP areas and business areas supported, including customer service, planning, master data, sales, logistics/distribution, procurement, manufacturing, global sourcing, finance, and reporting.
• Language: Professional English (written and spoken) is a must

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements

• Global Travel: Ability to travel globally by air and overnight as required by project needs; travel could be up to 20%.
