Responsibilities

You will organize, refine, and optimize DataVolt service offerings for datacenters, O&M and stacks. Also you will ensure DataVolt’s services are aligned with market demand and integrate Datavolt specificities, innovations and project custom made solutions, technological advancements, and business goals, without overlapping with sales enablement responsibilities.

  • Structure and enhance DataVolt’s service portfolio (colocation, GPU hosting, stack integrated solutions and O&M datacenter services)
  • It integrated into the solutions Datavolt customized services and solution along with data volt innovation and integration with additional services such as for power and other related utilities (circularity and heat recovery systems etc.)
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify service gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Support Sales, and work with Business Development and Finance and Operations to develop cost-effective and competitive pricing models.
  • Ensure that DataVolt’s service packaging aligns with customer expectations and business objectives.
  • Ownership of the Product lifecycle from conception, design, launch, run and end of life management.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of overall experience, including at least 10 years specifically in the Data Center / Colocation industry.
  • Strong understanding of colocation services, cloud, AI infrastructure, and sustainability trends.
  • Must possess a strong understanding of Data Center service offerings, particularly for large enterprises, BFS and hyperscalers, including knowledge of pricing structures and engagement models.
  • Should be capable of developing a comprehensive services catalogue that aligns with market demands and is consistent with DataVont’s value proposition.
  • Experience working across sales, marketing, operations, and engineering.
  • Ability to drive service development based on market demand.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Technical sound in relation to the understanding the presentation of technical solutions related to the above services.
