Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to join our team. We value individuals with a proven track record and a strong dedication to delivering impactful outcomes for our clients. Most of our projects are based in the GCC, with a focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Setup governance structure to manage the digital transformation program around unified platform delivery
- Actively involve in and support capturing, planning, solutioning the demands from multiple stakeholders and coordinate delivery teams accordingly.
- Actively oversee/ manage e2e delivery (development and maintenance) (team, resources, plan, scope, risk/ issues, solution, etc.) as delivery lead
- Provide improvements into existing delivery operating model and methodology
- Ensure the delivery is inline with the 3rd party contract and stakeholder requirements/ expectations.
- Actively capture required information, develop and lead weekly, bi-weekly and steerco program reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, Product Development or related field
- 6 years of experience in web/ portal/ application development and operations (2+ years in consulting)
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (IIBA certification is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong English and Arabic proficiency
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Relationship management skills; able to manage stakeholders at senior levels
- Superior governance and execution skills
- Track record in designing and rolling-out system implementation and/or custom development projects
- Track record in Digital Product Management and SDLC (Waterfall and Agile frameworks)
- E2E portal, web, app development/ implementation and delivery lead experience
- PMO, SDLC, Digital Product Management Lifecycle
- GCC and Real estate sector experience
