Role: Product Manager
Salary: £50k - £55k depending on experience
Contract type: Full-time. We offer flexibility of working hours and location.
Location: Bristol (hybrid) We ask all team members to come into the office at least 3 x per quarter.

About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to help evolve our world-class eSignature and document management platform. As a Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping not just our product, but our culture and our impact on thousands of businesses & individuals.
You’ll lead our compliance and security-focused product pillar, working with teams across Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver solutions that keep customers compliant, secure, and confident.
You’ll have a real voice in company strategy and will be empowered to make decisions that drive meaningful outcomes for our customers and our business.
What you will be doing
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Own the vision and roadmap for your product area—aligning strategy with customer needs and Signable’s growth goals.
- Drive discovery and prioritisation using both data and customer insight to focus on what matters most.
- Champion an outcome-driven culture—aligning teams around goals, learning from every experiment, and iterating fast.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Customer Success, Data, and Engineering to uncover opportunities and deliver value.
- Grow as a domain expert eSignatures and document management are an everyday staple for many industries, you will grow to understand the ins and outs of the regulations, staying on top of evolving regulations and industry best practices.
- Shape our overall product strategy. We encourage you to step outside of your lane often and contribute to the whole organisation, we value diverse points of view and welcome feedback in all areas of the business.
Who you are:
- You have strong technical understanding and proven experience delivering features for B2B SaaS products, ideally in regulated or compliance-heavy spaces.
- You’ve owned API-driven products and know what great API experiences look like—for developers and for customers.
- You’ve helped small or scaling teams succeed—navigating ambiguity, growing processes as you go, and keeping collaboration strong.
- You’re fluent in agile product development, comfortable with a variety of frameworks, and able to flex your approach to suit each team and project.
- You use both data and customer feedback to guide discovery, prioritisation, and delivery.
- You facilitate workshops, align stakeholders, and communicate vision clearly—socialising ideas and building buy-in across the company.
- You lead by example: telling the customer story, focusing on outcomes, and enabling teams to deliver—not getting lost in technical detail, but understanding enough to ask the right questions.
- You understand the fundamentals of cloud-hosted applications (AWS a plus), and the developer tools and processes required for modern product teams.
- You thrive in collaborative, empowered teams—balancing strong product instincts with humility, openness to feedback, and a drive to learn.

- You have worked with eSignature, document management or security/compliance products before.
