Product Manager | Global Consultancy | Defence Sector | SC Cleared | Bristol

We’re working with a leading global consultancy that is delivering large-scale digital transformation work for a major defence end client — and we’re hiring a Product Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

Location: Hybrid working, with travel to Bristol (1–2 days a week)

Clearance: SC Cleared candidates only (mandatory)

Salary: Competitive + benefits (best discussed based on experience)

Experience in the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) environment is highly preferred

About the Role:

As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering digital products that meet real user needs within a high-security environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to define product vision, prioritise features, and drive delivery through Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap in line with end-user needs and business goals
• Gather and prioritise user requirements, turning them into actionable user stories
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency across the product lifecycle
• Lead Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs to maximise delivery impact
• Support delivery teams in making strategic decisions and removing blockers

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in digital/technology transformation projects
• Strong Agile knowledge and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working in secure environments with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Self-starter who thrives in complex and fast-paced environments

Desirable:

• Direct experience working within the UK Defence or MOD ecosystem
• Familiarity with digital assurance, security frameworks, or enterprise architecture principles
