Support the Strategic Marketing Manager in developing MFS CN’s product strategy and share to the next level.
Understand customers' current requirement, future trend (commercial, technical application) and market development including competitors. Identify regional product/market/customer requirements, evaluate the strategic fit and transfer requirement to related functions within MFS organization
Define adequate strategies to drive core and new product share within the market and ensure operation excellence, when it comes to processes and handling.
Manages product life in coordination with MFS US product team, and local sales operation, finance and field sales force.
Coordinate execution of New Product introduction with the cross-functional teams. Make sure that schedule and deliverables are maintained by all the functions to guarantee product introduction on time, within defined budget.
Ensure products are introduced in the market with proper sales force training, product information availability, sales strategy, product argumentation.
Develops strategic partnerships with key suppliers of localized machine tool suppliers. ( like DMG, Mazak, ect)
Coordinate selling price strategies across the country and its control with the company guidance and supervision, understands basic elements for pricing and how to improve profit. Support MFS CN Sourcing team in price negotiation and contract definition with suppliers.
Proactive communication with Product manager in US, set up clear timetable for their supporting in China by annually and detail routines, participation the regular meeting with Product team in US.
Review the application of various types of product samples, support local TS and participate in an important customer test and provide solution.
Support RSMs to identify the top 10 Metalwork Fluid key accounts, set up clear growing target with achieving possibility and action plan.
Lead and initiate the product Innovation Promotion program. Make and implement marketing plan according to the market requirements and company resources. Make market promotion plan and confirm the final price of the new product. Use various media including brochure, multimedia and network.
Provide technical advice to high priority customers in metalwork field in cooperation with Sales and MFS CN TS team. 任职要求:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemical. 2. 8 years+ on-the job experience within metalwork industry.
Excellent product knowledge and presenting skills.
Experiences in using and planning metalwork along the production process.
Experiences in metalwork fluid on machines of advantage.
Customer and service oriented.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Self-driven and high focusing towards quality and details.
Excellent teamwork and managerial skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (workable English).
