As part of Meta's Infrastructure organization, the Product Lifecycle Management Analyst will work closely with upstream and downstream Supply Chain partners to drive PLM processes spanning New Product Introduction to Mass Production for our global data center fleet. This position will work closely with external suppliers and Meta internal stakeholders to enable seamless, rapid, globally scalable implementation of material and product data and documentation to enable Meta's growth targets.3+ years relevant supply chain experience including experience with PLM tools and processes, document control and configuration management. Technical knowledge of product structure and processes including Bill of Material buildout, change control and PLM standards. Proven experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience successfully delivering timely impact across multiple high priority projects in a rapidly changing environment. Demonstrated experience in translating technical terminology in order to drive understanding and buy-in from a varied range of stakeholders. Proven process improvement experience. Demonstrated attention to detail. Proficiency with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools. Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta. Product knowledge of datacenter compute, storage and networking equipment or consumer electrical products. Experience with Oracle Agile or Fusion PD/PDH/IM PLM tools. Experience working with global ODMs. Educational background in supply chain, engineering, scientific or similar analytical field.
