What we’re looking for:
Our Implementation Manager will lead the Onboarding of our customers, providing technical guidance, ensuring project timelines, deliverables, and goals are met. Collaborating with Product, RnD, and the Customers Success Team to maximize value for our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead new customer onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring timely and successful implementations.
- Own and manage implementation timelines, deliverables, and coordination across cross-functional teams, ensuring customers and internal stakeholders are aligned throughout the onboarding process.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless handoff, high adoption rate, and product feedback loop.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes, documentation, and customer experience through feedback and operational efficiency.
- Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process
- Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users
- Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow our customer base.
Your qualifications:
- 5+ years of customer success, implementation, or onboarding manager in a B2B SaaS company. Advantage for experience at a Fintech company
- Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step training & assistance, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Multi-tasking capabilities and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
- Experience with Excel
- Excellent proficiency in English
- SQL knowledge - a plus!
