Microsoft 365 Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a talented and motivated Microsoft 365 Implementation Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions with a focus on SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Project, and Office 365 applications.
• Gather and analyze business requirements through direct interaction with users across all organizational levels, from junior staff to senior executives.
• Develop and implement automation solutions using the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Lead adoption initiatives, including preparing materials, conducting in-person training sessions, and providing ongoing user support.
• Manage permissions, security settings, and administrative configurations through Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-disciplinary project teams.
• Initiate and lead small end-to-end projects, from requirements gathering to user delivery.
• Continuously improve existing business processes and ensure efficient and controlled information management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, with a strong focus on SharePoint and Teams – required.
• Hands-on experience developing processes in Power Automate and/or Power Apps – required.
• Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and lead adoption processes – required.
• Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365 Admin interfaces – required.
• Exceptional service orientation and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders – required.
• Experience in training delivery, preparing presentations, and presenting to senior management – a strong advantage.
