We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Engineering Manager to join our team and lead the procurement function across our construction and real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, strong technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing complex procurement processes within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.


• Manage the full procurement cycle for construction materials, services, and subcontractors.


• Evaluate technical requirements and ensure supplier compliance with project specifications.


• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules to achieve cost and quality targets.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and site teams to ensure timely procurement.


• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, timelines, or compliance.


• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).


• Minimum of 10 years of procurement experience within the construction or real estate development industry.


• Strong understanding of construction materials, supplier markets, and technical specifications.


• Excellent negotiation, contract management, and communication skills.


• Proficiency in procurement and ERP systems.


• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
