Process Engineer | Full-Time | Onsite – Tulsa, OK

We’re hiring a Process Engineer to join a high-volume manufacturing company. The person in this role will lead the design and development of complex industrial processes — including simulation, system layout, and internal collaboration across engineering and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize process systems using tools like UniSim, HYSYS, or ProMax
• Create and revise process documentation: PFDs, P&IDs, layouts, specifications
• Perform advanced process calculations (mass/heat balance, pressure ratings, etc.)
• Participate in and lead PHA/HAZOP sessions
• Collaborate with teams across engineering, quality, and production
• Manage projects from concept through execution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering (or related field)
• Experience in process engineering within manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong background in chemical processes, piping, tanks, blending, and instrumentation
• Experience leading engineering projects or serving as technical SME
