As a Process Engineer, you'll play a key role in turning product specifications into efficient and effective production processes. You'll work closely with production teams, engineering, and planning to ensure quality, speed, and innovation go hand in hand. Your Role as a Process Engineer

As a key player in our Production Engineering team, you will:

• Analyze product specifications and translate them into efficient production processes, including the design and optimization of workplace layouts, workflows, tooling, and machine utilization
• Develop and maintain clear, accurate work instructions and technical documentation
• Provides input on process parameters such as technical capabilities of machines and other equipment
• Provide hands-on technical support to production teams while leading and supporting process improvement initiatives in collaboration with shift leaders and team leads
• Monitor process performance metrics (e.g., cycle times, throughput efficiency)
• Act as a liaison between production, engineering, planning, purchasing, and quality teams
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety guidelines, and applicable regulations

What You Bring

We are looking for a motivated Process Engineer with the following qualifications:

• HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or related field
• Recent graduates welcome; internship or 1+ year of relevant experience preferred
• Strong technical insight and a hands-on, proactive mindset
• Experience with 3D CAD (SolidWorks is a plus) or eagerness to learn
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Ridder, SAP)
• Knowledge of or experience with Lean, 5S, Kaizen, 5M, and OEE methodologies
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit
