Job Description: Intelligent Automation Specialist - RPA

Location: Noida only

Mandatory ask:

• Experience: 8 to 13 years in relevant roles.
• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping.
• Expertise in Automation Analytics
• 2 years of experience identifying and solving use cases for RPA tools like Blue Prism UiPath Automation Anywhere PEGA etc
• Experience with OCRICR tools such as ABBYY Kofax AWS Textract Vidado
• Experience in NLP including Sentiment Analysis Amazon Comprehend and analytics using unstructured data and chatbots
• Exposure to machine learning tools eg Amazon Lex AutoWEKA BigML Google Cloud AutoML IBM Watson Studio and data visualization tools eg Tableau
• Experience in NLP including Sentiment Analysis, Amazon Comprehend, and analytics using unstructured data and chatbots.
• Exposure to machine learning tools like Amazon Lex, AutoWEKA, BigML, Google Cloud AutoML, IBM Watson Studio, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Process Assessments: Experience with process assessments using IA toolkits.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work with large cross-functional teams to align with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Support Discovery Initiatives: Assist in automation projects by completing necessary documentation, data gathering, and analysis for processes under review, guided by the Discovery Lead.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of gathered information, including the creation of current-state process maps, experience maps, and other artifacts.
• Identify and Prioritize Opportunities: Partner with business, technology, and analytics teams to identify and prioritize opportunities, ensuring all opportunities are tracked and followed through to completion.
• Facilitate Collaboration: Ensure smooth coordination and communication across business and technology teams.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Provide support in designing and implementing solutions as needed.
• Drive Automation Projects: Manage end-to-end automation projects from opportunity identification and qualification to creating project Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBA) and ensuring successful execution.
• Develop Intelligent Automation Program: Contribute to the growth and development of the Intelligent Automation (IA) program.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in IA technologies and actively participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Proof of Value (POV) exercises for new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Problem-solving and Analytical Skills: Expertise in OCR, NLP, and ML automation solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail in documenting requirements.
• Project Coordination: Proven ability to coordinate and lead project teams of 10 members.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions with large audiences.
