Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Printing Machine Operator to manage and operate printing equipment efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure the production of high-quality prints while maintaining equipment and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain digital and/or offset printing machines

Set up printing jobs according to specifications (materials, sizes, colors, etc.)

Monitor printing process and perform quality control checks

Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance

Maintain accurate records of production and machine logs

Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure print accuracy

Ensure safety procedures and cleanliness are maintained in the work area


Requirements:

Proven experience as a printing machine operator (minimum 2–3 years preferred)

Knowledge of various printing techniques and machines (e.g., UV printers, large format printers, offset)

Strong attention to detail and ability to detect print defects

Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting and maintenance

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Team player with good communication skills
