Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Print Estimator and Customer Service Representative, located on-site in Buffalo, NY. The daily tasks include preparing bindery estimates, managing customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up on customer requests, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role also involves coordinating with production teams to ensure job specifications are met, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Print/finishing Estimating and preparing job specifications
• Customer Service skills, including managing inquiries and communication with clients
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in the printing or binding industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is advantageous
