Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning, functional design, and demand management of compliance site building, user clearance, and compliance control product capabilities (C-end functionality and supporting management backend)
• Work closely with legal, compliance, and country manager teams to build product capabilities and special optimization to meet regulatory requirements in various regions
• Responsible for carrying out detailed product feature planning and product design, including but not limited to business requirements communication, writing PRD documents, functional process combing, function point combing, logical judgment of each function point, field combing, etc., and assist the R&D team in understanding and mastering the requirements, designing the system architecture, and arranging the iteration plan.

Job Requirements :

• Hard requirements: fluent in English, can be used as daily working language (meetings)
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a product manager with excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Familiar with and able to independently analyze the systems involved in business-related scenarios within the company as well as the functions, services and information interactions between them.
• Ability to abstract generalized middle-office modules and service capabilities based on requirements, and design and drive the implementation of iterative solutions to meet monitoring and efficiency improvements;
• Strong experience in collaborating and communicating across multiple teams is preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to complete medium to large scale product projects is a plus.
• Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges is a plus
