Mission and Goals

Our mission is to create technology solutions for people to make the most of the digital world. Safely, privately, and confidently. The goal of the Principal Product Manager – Martech is to develop internal tooling for internal In-product messaging and experimentation platform. You will be working with EU located engineering team on developing the UI to increase productivity of our campaigning team and driving feature parity across desktop and mobile platforms.

Role Overview/Team

As a Principal Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on the in-house martech tools that drive significant part of our communication with users and help us develop this tooling further moving the company towards better user experience and user-centric messaging.

Our ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, naturally curious, have strong experience with data and user interviews and demonstrated success working with agile development teams. In addition, you should have a strong abstract thinking and ability to successfully negotiate with and align stakeholders across different levels of the company.

Objectives:

  • Product strategy: Work with our Customer Success Management Operations team, understand and synthesize their business needs, planned initiatives and experiments to ensure we are working on the most valuable initiatives and building them in a scalable way
  • Analytical approach: Understand the underlaying business and user data, synthetize insights and drive solutioning with technical partners to iteratively deliver value
  • Roadmap, backlog prioritization and delivery: Advocate the end-user point-of-view for the product and platform strategy and deliver prioritized roadmap and backlog that addresses the business needs.
  • Work and coordinate with partners across our organization, sales and marketing teams, technology, and data leaders to define, advocate for, build, launch and support experiences in our solutions.
  • Participate actively in standard agile ceremonies (stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives, sprint demos, etc.) and work with development, data, growth and retention teams daily.
  • Customer focus: Develop a deep understanding of and empathy with the internal stakeholders and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Advocate for exceptional product experiences that meet the needs of consumers, address their challenges by providing the right data support to our solutions.
  • Work closely with other teams in our organization that drive our solutions, growth and distribution.


Competencies:

  • At least 4 years of relevant product management experience with a proven record of successfully working messaging or data products
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams to define and build services and features that exceed customer expectations.
  • Experience in negotiating with business stakeholders and helping navigate their decisions
  • Have the instinct and experience to make decisions under time constraints and when not all information is available.
  • Passion to deep dive into details of product while keeping the big picture in mind.
  • A structured mindset and a critical thinker with a hands-on working style
  • Ability to foster continuous learning, teamwork, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a highly dynamic and diverse environment.
