You bring a strong foundation of expertise and knowledge of power IC products and you seek to leverage that experience at a company that is pushing the boundaries of physics in their groundbreaking innovations. We seek to "empower" a principal product engineer to bring new product over the goal line and into manufacturability. The Principal Product Engineer will join a dynamic and multi-disciplinary team that ensures product performance and meet expectation for our power IC products. You will be responsible for product engineering activities by collaborating within a cross-functional OPS & ENG team. You will be capable of working independently, defining technical direction, be self-motivated and a collaborative team player. In this job you will: * Coordinate and manage new product introduction engineering activities to qualify new products for production * Identify gaps in schedule and drive teams to meet timelines * Facilitate communication between engineering and operations teams * Manage customer product complaints and help find resolution from engineering standpoint * Identify areas for improvement in process and systems for current organizational structurer You bring to the table: * BS in engineering fields required, MS preferred * 12-15+ years of experience with product engineering; power semiconductor preferred * Demonstrated NPI and Program Management leadership * Strong data analysis capability * Python programming experience to control bench equipment is a plus * Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment.
