Our typical day involves dealing with fraud detection, inventory optimisation, and platform vernacularisation.

About The Role

We're seeking an experienced Principal Scientist to lead our research and development efforts in generative AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, with specific expertise in generative models.

What You Will Do

  • Lead research initiatives in generative AI, focusing on advancing state-of-the-art techniques
  • Design and implement novel architectures for generative models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate generative AI technologies into our products
  • Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation
  • Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals
  • Stay current with the latest developments in the field and identify new opportunities for innovation


What You Will Need

  • B.Tech in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field with at least 8+ years of experience in AI/ML research
  • Deep understanding of transformer architectures, large language models, and diffusion models
  • Expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow, and proficiency in Python
  • Experience leading research teams and mentoring junior researchers- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences


Preferred Qualifications

  • M.Tech or Ph.D in Computer Science with a specialization in Machine Learning
  • Experience with multi-modal generative models
  • Track record of successful research-to-product transitions
  • Experience with distributed computing and large-scale model training
  • Experience in large scale LLM Ops and optimizing LLMs for efficient inference
  • Strong publication record in top AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, KDD, CVPR, AAAI)
