Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect / Senior Technical Lead with 15+ years in software development and proven expertise in designing and delivering microservices architectures for mission-critical systems. This strategic leadership role involves setting architectural standards, guiding cross-functional teams, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture and design of scalable, resilient microservices systems.

Define service boundaries using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.

Develop strategic technology roadmaps in collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Oversee implementation of RESTful APIs, event-driven and asynchronous systems.

Ensure performance, scalability, and fault-tolerant patterns across services.

Promote CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes orchestration.

Drive observability practices using tools like ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Guide data architecture decisions (SQL, NoSQL, sharding, governance).

Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Collaborate with business leaders to transform requirements into solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.

15+ years of software development experience; 5+ years in architecture/tech leadership.

Expertise in AWS, microservices, DDD, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and distributed systems.

Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and observability tools.

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and scalable data modeling.

Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
