Job Description

• Work collaboratively with multiple departments.
• Manage the renewal process of customer pricing contracts:
• Coordinate and collaborate with sales and vendors for electronic files pertaining to customer pricing contracts.
• Complete standard templates for contract renewals and work with sales teams to determine desired margins.
• Submit finalized renewal forms to the Pricing and Customer Contracts Analyst for ERP uploads.
• Ensure all available customer pricing contracts are entered into our ERP system and renewed prior to expiration.
• Verify that customer pricing contracts offer better terms than the standard cost.
• Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and ensure accurate updates to customer pricing contracts.
• Create and distribute monthly reports to confirm customer contracts are current.
• Assist in rebate processing.
• Serve as a backup for team responsibilities, including rebates processing, customer contract uploads, and pricing maintenance in our ERP system.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Pricing and Customer Contracts team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Purchasing Manager and the Pricing and Customer Contracts Supervisor.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business or Finance preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, to at least an intermediary level with experience in manipulating large spreadsheet data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with cross-functional staff and external partners, including vendors.
• Strong analytical aptitude required, with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organization skills required.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and able to function independently.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Negotiation skill is a plus.
  
  

Compensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 hourly, depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.
