Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, sharp, and persuasive Presales Executive with a strong background in cold email outreach, B2B lead generation, and USA market engagement.

Your primary role will be to open doors with prospects via personalized email campaigns, book meetings for the sales team, and support lead qualification.


Key Responsibilities

Research target companies, contacts, and industries (primarily USA-based SMBs and mid-market businesses).


Write and execute cold email campaigns that are highly personalized, creative, and conversion-oriented.


Manage outreach workflows through email automation tools (Apollo.io, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar).


Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their needs and pain points.


Book discovery calls and demos for the Sales/Founder team.


Track and optimize open rates, reply rates, and meeting conversion metrics.


Build prospect lists using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CrunchBase, Zoom Info, etc.


Collaborate with the leadership and sales teams to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and messaging strategies.


Maintain CRM hygiene and regularly update lead status and activity.


Stay up-to-date with best practices in cold outreach, personalization techniques, and B2B SaaS trends.


Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in cold email outreach, B2B lead generation, SDR, or presales roles targeting USA/International clients.


Excellent written English — able to craft personalized, engaging, and error-free emails.


Familiarity with email automation tools like Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo.io, Mail shake, or similar.


Knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) for lead management.


Understanding of AI/automation/software services is a big plus (training can be provided).


Strong research skills for prospecting and data enrichment.


Comfortable working during overlapping hours with US time zones (at least 3–4 hours/day overlap).


Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently without heavy supervision.
