We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and lead follow-ups
  • Pitch products/services to prospects and convert leads into customers
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Track and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth execution
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or sales tools
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and competitor activity


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
