Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for driving Apple Enterprise Solutions.
The candidate is expected to be thorough with IT Infra, Networking & Security.
Knowledge of Device Management (esp. Jamf) would be an added advantage.
A Typical day would be
Consulting IT Admins on Deployment, Management & Security for Apple Devices - Mac, iPhone & iPad.
Delivering Effective Proof of Concept (PoC).
Resolve issues & provide ongoing support to customers in above mentioned areas.
Work with multiple OEMs to find solution to customer challenges.
Helping end-users in their transition to Apple Platforms - Mac & iOS.
Additionally you would be
The technical representative in Ample's customer events.
Delivering Training & Enablement sessions for end-users/ IT at customer locations.
Imparting initial & on-going training to sales teams on latest Apple products & Apple centric
technologies.
Strategic Activities
Partner with the Product Head - in identifying & creating solution offerings to take to the market
Indirectly drive the profitability of the business unit - with effective planning alongside the Product Head.
Build & execute the solutions roadmap with long term customer benefits, retention & profitability in mind.
Desired Candidate :
The candidate would have -
Worked as a Solution Engineer (or) Pre-Sales Consultant in IT Infra, Networking or Security Industry
Or, would have managed IT Infra, Networking, Security or End-Point Devices in mid to
large sized orgraniation.
Should be an effective communicator with great presentation skills.
Good to Have - Apple centric experience & MDM Certifications.
