We're looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to lead and coordinate our early project phases – from tender through to project commencement – ensuring smooth transitions and exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the pre-construction process including planning, estimating, programming and client liaison
• Coordinate with design, estimating, and project teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
• Work closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors to drive value and innovation
• Manage documentation and approvals to ensure seamless handover to delivery teams
• Identify and manage project risks early in the process
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in a pre-construction or project management role within commercial fit-outs or construction new build
• Strong understanding of D&C contract models and stakeholder management
• Exceptional communication, organisation and leadership skills
