Summary: The Powertrain Program Analyst provides real-time technical assistance and prior approval support to OEM and OEM dealers, ensuring accurate warranty evaluation and resolution of service concerns. Key Responsibilities: * Evaluate Powertrain Prior Approval requests promptly and in accordance with established OEM warranty policies. * Communicate technical information accurately and professionally to dealership service personnel. * Collaborate with dealership service managers, technicians, and OEM internal teams to support issue resolution. * Prepare clear and accurate Internal Service Messages (ISMs) to address recurring dealer or customer concerns.
