Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our Power Platform Center of Excellence (C4E) Team. This role focuses on delivering modern, scalable, and secure business solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform suite, including PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, and related data integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power FX.
• Administer Power Platform environments, including setup of connectors, DLP policies, ALM, and environment strategy.
• Implement and support Power Platform Governance using CoE Starter Kit.
• Create intuitive UI/UX interfaces and automate business processes using Microsoft Flow/Power Automate.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement by leveraging Microsoft 365 tools.
• Support Citizen Developers with best practices, mentoring, and technical assistance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage release pipelines, including Azure DevOps tasks, deployment planning, and post-deployment validations.
• Monitor Microsoft WAVE releases and assess impacts on existing Power Platform solutions.
• Conduct system analysis to recommend enhancements or remediations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power Platform development (PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Strong understanding of Power FX, Dataverse, and Power Platform architecture.
• Experience with Power Platform CoE, Governance Models, and security best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange) and Power Platform integrations.
• Solid grasp of business analysis and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent troubleshooting and solution-design capabilities.

Desirable Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Azure DevOps for managing ALM pipelines.
• Knowledge of Power Platform licensing models.
• Understanding of Dataverse security roles and user access controls.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM (Field Service, Customer Service).
• Programming experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Knowledge of the Azure ecosystem, including Azure AD and Intune.
