This position involves various cleaning tasks, ensuring that both commercial and residential spaces are well-kept and inviting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of job sites. Drive to different job site. Make sure material needed is on site. Ensure contractors have what they need to get job done. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly. Skills Proven experience in construction job sites. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
