JOB TITLE - Test Campaign Leader

DESCRIPTION

Experienced software Verification Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing the reliability and performance, This role involves ensuring the quality of the software aligns with customer needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute test plans

Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure quality.

Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate testing tools.

Review test cases and provide feedback to improve test coverage and effectiveness.

Prepare and present test reports and metrics to stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics/Instrumentation/Industrial Automation Engineering.

Proven experience in firmware/Software testing.

Experience in process domains such as cement, steel, power, and pharmaceuticals, with hands-on installation and commissioning experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the process automation industry.

Strong understanding of Controllers and their applications.

Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools (e.g., automated testing, scripting).

Knowledge of safety standards (e.g., IEC 61508, ISO 26262) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
