  • Perform senior-level business and systems analysis for retirement and insurance system enhancements (RISE) projects.
  • Coordinate and document user requirements; review, assess, and improve business processes.
  • Apply best practices in business analysis and process modeling.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve business process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze program policies and procedures for system impacts.
  • Focus on business value, risk assessments, continuity, and capability requirements.
  • Coordinate and analyze user requirements, system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limitations.
  • Manage service request lifecycle, including customer response, requirements coordination, technical review, and testing oversight.
  • Collaborate with outside vendors/contractors; define, assign, and evaluate their work.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Review complex deliverables (design docs, test/risk plans); provide feedback.
  • Lead process change requests and manage project scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment.
  • Align business value/priorities with planning and goal-setting.
  • Develop training curriculum and conduct formal system training.
  • Ensure adherence to professional expectations: meetings, deadlines, dress code, respectful communication, customer service, and adaptability.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex business and technical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Document and implement standards, procedures, and PeopleSoft applications.
  • Utilize strong SQL skills (Oracle and SQL Server).
  • Work in Agile/Scrum environments, serve as scrum master as needed.
  • Lead teams and stakeholder engagement for process reengineering, organizational change, and project management.
  • Functional experience in one or more PeopleSoft modules (HRMS, Benefits, Payroll, Pension).
  • Experience in data management, data warehousing, integration, secure file transfers, enterprise systems, and info security.
  • Preferred: Business consulting, wide-ranging system implementation/support, advanced technical/business
